Developing actions to promote, create and organize activities of common interest both in national and foreign territory, promote the trading of the products under its management, promotions in the markets, throughout publicity and promotion campaigns, as well as technical studies and rendered services.
Management of the geographic indication Protect (IGP) "Maçã da Beira Alta" and Denomination of Protected Origin (DOP) "Maçã Bravo de Esmolfe" what concerns the use by the associates and farmers. Promotion of production common rules, harvest conditions, transportation, preparation, packing, apple preservation and trading, aiming the product quality improvement and its adequacy to the market demands. Introduction of Protection and Combined Production Techniques. Introduction of techniques aiming the rise in value of the apples ans its products, not covered by IGP and DOP. |
